WEDDING RECEPTION PACKAGE PRICING:
FACILITY FEE $1500
FOOD & NON-ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGE MINIMUM: $2000
TOTAL MINIMUM COST: $3500
Our Wedding Reception Package includes:
-Exclusive use of The Castle for any four hour period of time between Noon and midnight. You will not have to share our amenities with other weddings or special events. Your four hour rental begins immediately after your ceremony.
-Three hours of planning time with Owner and Wedding Coordinator, Cyndi Durham prior to the wedding. Cyndi will coordinate all activities held at The Castle during your Reception including the Cake Cutting, Toasts, Dances, and Departure. She will make sure your Reception flows along and everything is done right!
-Complimentary parking.
-Complimentary use of our two-room Bride’s Suite with private bathroom. (Allowing the Bride and Groom to change for their departure.)
-Complimentary use and set-up of house tables, chairs, and white linens for your reception.
-Complimentary use of house plates, silverware, glassware, chafing dishes, and serving trays.
-Complimentary Cake Cutting service from our staff.
-Complimentary use of house decorations during your reception.
-Complimentary use of house lighting and audiovisual equipment in The King's Ballroom. This allows you to show your own video or DVD during the reception at no additional charge.
-All labor and clean up costs after your wedding.
Reception Menus start at $29.95 per person. Please refer to our Menu for details and options on meeting your Food and non-alcoholic beverage minimum.
BYOB Upgrades: Because we do not maintain a pouring license you can bring in your own beer, wine, champagne and hard liquor as an upgrade. Please refer to our Menu for details and costs.
Wedding Reception Security Deposits and Payment Arrangements:
-All Receptions require a down payment of $1500 in addition to a $500 Security Deposit ($2000 total) at the time of booking.
-Four weeks prior to your event, Cyndi will request a final commitment as to the number of guests expected. A statement of the estimated cost of your event, less your $1500 down payment, will be provided. The balance shall be due three weeks prior to your event.
-All fees are non-refundable should you later cancel the event.
-The Castle rents for $200 per hour, after the four hour Reception rental has elapsed.
-Any damages to the property, or cost over runs (such as staying longer than four hours) will be deducted from your $500 security deposit and the balance returned to you within 30 days of your function date.
-An additional 7% Sales Tax and 20% Gratuity will be added to all food and beverage charges.
-We gladly accept cash, personal checks, VISA, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express. Credit cards are subject to a 3.5% surcharge.
