Our Wedding Packages include the items that all brides need for a successful ceremony. These include items such as the ceremony site, decor, tables, chairs, and food. To keep our packages affordable we do not automatically include discretionary services such as a Horse Drawn Carriage or DJ. We also do not include services that are often provided free to our brides by family and friends such as Cakes, Photography, and Videography. Our goal is to provide affordable packages that cover all the basics, and at the same time give the bride the flexibility to add additional services that make sense given their budget.
However, just because an item is not included in our Wedding Packages that does not mean that the bride is totally on their own. Cyndi can help!
The following pages list additional services that are not included in our wedding packages. You are welcome to bring in your own vendors to provide these services. However, by working with Cyndi’s list of Preferred Vendors you are assured of receiving exceptional service at a good value. They know how things work at The Castle and they work hard to stay on our Preferred Vendor list. And, to make things simple, you can have these additional services billed to your Castle account and only write one check
We have several ministers on our Preferred Vendor list. Cyndi and Lynn can help you select one that best suits the type of wedding you desire. From traditional to unique, Cyndi and Lynn can help you find the perfect person to lead your ceremony.
This beautiful carriage service can add a touch of class and distinction to your wedding at The Castle. Imagine being delivered to the ceremony in a horse drawn carriage. And then, riding away with her new husband after the ceremony.

We offer an in-house photo service from our photographer, Kelli Hawkins. There are a variety of packages designed to meet every budget. All packages include the copyrights to all the photos allowing you to make as many copies as you wish! Click here for: Photo Pacakges
Have your hair done at The Castle and avoid all the hassle! Your attendants can arrive hours ahead of the wedding and get ready at a leisurely pace. No rushing around and no one gets lost! Everyone can relax and focus 100% on looking fantastic! -Bride $100 (includes up-do practice ahead of wedding) -Make-up$35 (on day of wedding)

Want to make it a really special memory for your attendants? Have an elegant Tea Party at The Castle while having your hair styled! For only $25 per person, we serve one hot tea, homemade scones with condiments, fresh fruit, petite sandwiches, and petite desserts. Not sure what a Tea Tray is? We have included a photo to the left. You absolutely MUST do this for your girls! Cyndi can make all the arrangements!
Most brides find that the house decorations provided in our wedding packages do a great job decorating your tables and serving areas. Cyndi can recommend several Preferred Vendors who can provide fresh flowers for the bride’s bouquet and the rest of your wedding party.
