One of our co-owners, Rick Durham, spent 25 years in corporate America making presentations and planning business meetings around the globe. He has experienced the stress of planning these events and has learned first hand how a venue can make life easy (or crazy) for the meeting planner. He has equipped Cavender Castle to meet the demanding needs of our corporate customers. And, he will personally oversee all the details to make sure your corporate event is an unqualified success.
Our main banquet hall, The King's Ballroom, can comfortably seat seat 75 people for dinner, or 135 for an indoor coctail party. During warm weather we utilize three outdoor decks that allow you to have parties exceeding 300.

The following audio-visual equipment is available to you free of charge:
-Overhead projector and large screen for Powerpoint and Video presentations direct from your laptop.
-Microphones, amplification, speakers and a sound technician for making speeches and presentations.
-Effects lighting for your DJ & dancing. We can even provide our House DJ to entertain your employees or clients during your party!
