Parties and Banquets are subject to both a Facility Rental Fee, and Food Minimum Revenue.   

Your Facility Fee provides you with exclusive use of The Castle for up to four hours, set-up of all tables and chairs, and clean-up.  Any event lasting longer than four hours will be charged an additional $100 per hour.   

Note that Saturdays between April 1st and November 30th are in high demand for weddings.  At the beginning of each year we place those Saturdays on hold for our brides.  As the year proceeds, we release those Saturdays for parties and banquets based on availability and the revenue potential of your event.  If you are planning a Saturday event between April and November, please give Cyndi Durham a call at 706-344-8502.  For every other day of the year, please see the pricing grid below:

NOTE:  At our discretion, these fees are subject to increase if your event is deemed to pose excessive wear and tear or risk to The Castle. 

We offer a full service kitchen on site.  Our culinary team can provide a wide variety of fare, from simple appetizers to elegant sit down dinners.  See our Menu pages for details on how you can meet your Food Minimum.

BYOB Options: We do not carry a pouring license so you are able to bring your own alcoholic beverages into our facility as an upgrade to the costs listed above.

BYOB Toast Upgrade: You provide the champagne or sparkling juice for your toast.  We provide glass flutes, napkins, and staff to serve the beverages to your guests. $2.00 per person.

BYOB Beer, Wine, Champagne Upgrade: You provide the beer, wine and champagne.  We provide the bar area including tables and table clothes, ice, premium plastic cups, glass flutes for the toast, and a bartender for three hours for $4.95 per person.

BYOB Full Service Upgrade: You provide the beer, wine, champagne and hard liquor.  We provide the bar area including tables and table clothes, ice, mixers, premium plastic cups, glass flutes for the toast and a bartender for three hours for $7.95 per person.
