This package is designed for Vow Renewals and Intimate Weddings of up to 50 guests. You can also add food to this package with a variety of budget friendly options.

Cavender Castle Perfect Wedding Package: For the Bride, Groom, and up to 50 guests. You may select any location on Cavender Castle’s nine-acre estate for your ceremony including the Old World Gazebo, The Blue Lagoon, Top of The Tower, and The Kings Ballroom.
Perfect Package Pricing:
Mondays through Fridays: $1100
Saturdays and Sundays: $1300
Prices inlcude bride and groom. Additional guests are $20 each.
Video of your ceremony captured from one unmanned camera edited and posted for viewing on the web.
Reception Services:
First Dance for bride and groom, Father- Daughter Dance, Mother-Son Dance, Cake Cutting, Garter and Bouquet Toss.
Single layer white wedding cake
Sparkling Cider or Sparkling Juice for your toast (you may also bring champagne)
White wedding linens and chair covers
Staff photographer will take at least 100 photos delivered to you on SD card or DVD with copyriight release for the photos so you can make as many copies as you desire
Upgrades: Many couples select these upgrades to our Perfect Ceremony:
Sand Ceremony Keepsake $40. An alternative to a Unity Candle, the Sand Ceremony adds a nice touch to your ceremony with the added benefit that you will have a keepsake from your wedding. Learn more at our sister website www.sandceremonysongs.com
Additional Photos Upgrade $100. The Perfect Package includes 100 photos taken during your ceremony. You can upgrade your photos to over 200 photos for an additional $100. This will provide you with additional posed photos throughout our estate in addition to photos taken during your reception, and with all your guests. If you have ten or more guests attending, this upgrade is a wise investment!
Cake Upgrades: The Perfect Package includes a standard white wedding cake for your reception. However, we can also secure a custom cake for an additional fee that will depend upon the size of your cake and the type of décor you are looking for. Typically, this equals around $2 per person. Also, if you want a small cake to freeze and share on your first anniversary we can obtain one for you for only $25.
Ceremony Video Upgrade #1 - $295: Our Perfect Package includes a video of your ceremony from with one unmanned camera posted to the web for viewing by your family and friends. You can upgrade your video to include edited footage from two cameras (one manned and one unmanned). This upgrade also includes three DVDs as keepsakes of your wedding day.
Ceremony and Reception Video Upgrade #2 - $595: Includes two cameras for both your ceremony (one manned and one unmanned), plus one manned camera for the reception. Your entire ceremony plus key moments of your reception (Dances, Toasts, Cake Cutting, etc.) will be edited and recorded to DVD . This upgrade includes three DVDs as keepsakes of your wedding.
Rehearsal Upgrade $100: A one hour rehearsal may be scheduled on the same day as your wedding.
Décor Upgrades: We can decorate the Bride’s Walkway with silk flowers and tulle for $100. Chair covers for the ceremony are $3 each. Special centerpieces for the reception are available for $20 per table.
Consultation Upgrade: Typically, Perfect Weddings can be adequately planned over the telephone, online, and via email. However, face to face consultations are available at the rate of $50/hour.
Food Upgrades: Most couples who select the Perfect Package do not offer food to their guests. However, we do allow you to add food to our Perfect Package by meeting these requirements:
First, you will need to increase your wedding from a three hour event to a four hour event. The additional hour is needed in order to properly serve your guests. Your cost is $200 for the extra hour.
Second, all food and beverages are subject to a 20% Gratuity and 7% Sales Tax.
Third, you will need to meet a $750 food minimum. You can meet your minimum by selecting from the following Food and Beverage Options:
